The Faulkner County Library is celebrating its 80th anniversary and the 20th of the current location! We serve a population of 68,000+, and are home to art, music and theater opportunities provided by Conway's three colleges. One of the city's largest annual events, Toad Suck Daze, has been held since 1982. The three day community festival incorporates live music, food and craft vendors, and amusement rides during the first weekend of May.
The Faulkner County Library Sytem has Notaries Public available at our Conway, Greenbrier, Mayflower, andVilonia locations. Notary services are free and provided Monday-Friday during regular business hours if the Notaries Public are available. Please visit the respective Branch page if you wish to call to confirm availability.
Documents must be signed in the presence of the notary, and current photo identification of the signer must be presented. Customers must provide any witnesses that are required. Library notaries are unable to perform online notarizations or notarize oaths. Library notaries have the discretion to decline notary requests.
